After a period of setting up and finalizing the solution, it is finally time for us to launch this blog and at the same time to launch the communication, "Hello World!", As we say today!

We are therefore pleased to announce the official launch of the MyDigitalCompany solution: "The turnkey solution to register and manage your business online, allowing you to register your company, open bank accounts and access all tools you need to launch and manage your business, all that online, remotely, without geographical barriers and administrative hassle and a few clicks for you, because we take care of everything, from A to Z ".

It is therefore finally time to summarize and especially to explain what are the original ideas, the objectives and the future of this solution.

To start, from the beginning of the project, without even having communicated, we had a lot of requests for information on this solution, we preferred to advance well on the project and in our ideas before answering it, then we apologize to those who have not returned from us, but it's done, we are here and now ready to answer all your questions, your interviews, your articles, your partnerships, you have just to contact us.

Why and how was the MyDigitalCompany solution born?

Based on several observations, following long series of discussions and reflections with young (and not so young) entrepreneurs.

The first observation is that it is nowadays still as complicated and disorienting to create a business, even (and especially) in the digital age, and this in almost all countries.
We realize that the "digital" creates many opportunities for entrepreneurs and open up many ways for the younger generations, but that the very beginning of their business, register their company and open bank accounts, is however often a true suffering.

The second observation is that digital is radically changing the way we are going to work.
The "future of work" of digital business and the collaborative economy will certainly consist essentially of entrepreneurs and self-entrepreneurs, each will need at a time to own a company (or another solution) to carry out a job, offer a service and therefore invoice and collect their incomes.

This second observation is confirmed by the "phenomenon" such as what is happening in Estonia for example, which wants to become a real "Digital Nation", open to citizens around the world who can become "e-Residents" of a country while staying at home or / and especially traveling around the world, equipped with their company and all the necessary to carry out their activities remotely.

Many other nations are working closely on similar ideas, and this is a sign that our actual status as "resident somewhere" will disappear one day. This will involve many more things than we can imagine today.

This phenomenon is already on the way thanks to digital transforming many of us into "Digital Nomads", working remotely and therefore from anywhere and taking advantage of this opportunity to travel and live a life other than the one we all know.

It is obvious that this new generation of modern entrepreneurs needs specific tools to launch and manage their company, online, without paperwork, without travel. I's difficult to imagine them today taking a appointment with their banker to get a checkbook.

In addition, some countries offer simpler and more efficient ways to register, manage and run a business, especially when it comes to digital activities. With a strong start-up culture, these countries offer an exceptional environment for international technology companies, and the proposed tax system is particularly advantageous for digital companies.

Added to this is the emergence of "digital banks", which, they, have all these modern entrepreneurs need, as well as many tools and solutions, invoicing and collection online for example but also next-generation payment solutions like Stripe, to accept payments on websites.

So we realized that, yes, there was today the opportunity to offer a simple and comprehensive solution that allowing these entrepreneurs to start their business, to offer them the best tools and solutions to carry out their activities and even help and assist them for all this. All online and remotely.

And there are especially many entrepreneurs (future or already in place) who would be very interested in a solution that would allow them to start their business simply without the usual hassle and especially that would allow them to take advantage of what can bring today borders opening and the Internet of course.

The idea "MyDigitalCompany" was born and the solution ready to be studied and elaborated.

It is obvious that this new generation of modern entrepreneurs needs specific tools to launch and manage their company, online, without paperwork, without travel.

Our approach has therefore developed along several major axes

Establish partnerships and even work with them to evolve their processes through feedback from our users and different ideas to put new things in place. • Study all the tools and solutions that allow entrepreneurs to simply set up their activities, from invoicing to payment systems, ecommerce solutions and collaborative work tools, for example.


• Also collect all the specific needs these modern entrepreneurs have and realize that they are very far away from a "Zendesk" support or managed by "bots" since they especially need "real" assistance.


• Set up a watch at all levels that will be up to date on new opportunities and to offer them to our users.


• Preparing the future, new solutions, solutions dedicated to specific sectors, new ideas and solutions derived from these basic ideas but which could be used by individuals, for example.


• And finally work on what will be the "Future of Work", the "Digital Nations", the "Digital ID" and "Digital Residency", and all these terms that may seem straight out of a sci-fi movie but that will soon be part of our real life.

How was it developed?

After many researches and surveys and after recovering many and excellent feedback of all kinds, we were able to understand what these modern entrepreneurs needed.

The mission was finally very simple: to offer a concentrate of the best opportunities offered by the Internet and the opening of borders, in terms of registration and management of business, as simply as possible, usable from anywhere.

The idea was to consult some "experts" in their domain, having acquired their knowledge in start-up launches, in banks and online payment systems, in Airbnb and Uber type platforms or in legal and financial services, Research & Development or marketing of these web giants such as Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft and others, known for their ability to exploit these opportunities today offered by the opening of borders and of course the Internet.

Knowing perfectly the workings and techniques of international companies, these experts have put their knowledge at their disposal to implement this solution.

The solution "MyDigitalCompany" was born.
A ready solution, at your disposal, but especially scalable, because the adventure is just beginning.

Study of needs and implementation of products for individuals, based on our research and solutions for entrepreneurs.

Study of needs and implementation of solutions that can bring our research to the world of "collaborative economy", on both sides, ie both the platforms and those who use them.

Establishment of a research group on the possible evolution of the concept towards an idea close to e-Residency in Estonia, in relation with the future needs of Digital Nomads and all that revolves around the "Future of work".

In particular, research on the possible establishment of a "real" "Digital Residency" (which would be a real resident status compared to the Estonian e-Residency).

As well as research on the future evolutions and needs of "remote working", the evolution of freelancers and independent entrepreneurs who will gradually replace the concept of employees as it is today.
